What has been your experience with the influence of global culture in a learning environment?

Part I – When responding to the first Discussion Board question, I asked you to sit back and reflect on something positive that happened in the past week. Studies have shown that positive thoughts can help us learn. Would you please share something positive that has happened with the other learners in this class?

 

 

 

Part II – What has been your experience with the influence of global culture in a learning environment? If you had the privilege of facilitating a training session for participants from another country, or if you were going to facilitate the training session, what challenges would you expect and what strategies would be effective in mitigating some of the challenges you may encounter?
