1 Research Paper: Introduction with Outline The era of British colonialism in India is a watershed moment in world history, defining a time of immense cultural and social change on the Indian subcontinent. Indian society was profoundly impacted by the almost two-century period of British control. The impact on the country’s economy, politics, and cultural narratives is still felt today.
